Nice place with cool slot machines and plenty of card and other games to play. Wonderful buffet with lots of sides, salads and tons of deserts.

My husband and I were in tonight, (Sunday May 31) around 1900. It was not busy at all.
We got our food and both only had one plate each. We decided to try some dessert. Returned to our table and our plates were not cleared off table and again, it was not busy as I noticed many employees standing around talking to each other so there was no reason for our plates to have not been cleared away.
So I set them on the DIRTY table beside us then not 5 minutes later this young punk with attitude slams the grey bin on the table slamming our dirty dishes into it, so hard that utensils actually flew out and fell on the floor. Then he proceeds to TELL us to "next time leave your plates on your table". So I say, we are leaving anyway, and he continues to mouth at us, saying it's just proper etiquette. Well that may be so, but his job was to be clearing tables which he was not so I will not apologize for setting them on the table beside us. And I've bn to many buffets over the years and not once did any dishwasher staff behave the way the self entitled punk did tonight!!
The choice of food was not that great and service was twice as bad!!

The buffet was a rip off . I get into casinos at different countries just to try their amazing buffet . But the buffet here, was worse than an average meal at an average restaurant. Usually buffet charges at other places are 30$ per person. I do not understand why they charge 50$ here . If the food quality was good, I would have been okay with it . But the food was the worst of all ( whether it was the main course / drinks / desserts) . I would drive 100 miles or more if I ever plan to eat a buffet rather than coming here .

Casino is always fun but the buffet, 2 weeks ago, I got the Prime rib meal and when I got back to my table, I could smell something really bad I took a bite of the prime rib and right away I knew where the smell came from, my wife and our friend did the same. I took my plate to the hostess and she took my plate and said she was going to inform the kitchen but I watch her put the food in the garage and went back to greeting people coming in and didn't go to tell anyone in the kitchen. She didn't say anything else to me or my table. We haven't gone back since and will not go back to the restaurant/buffet.

Respectful!

One of the good things Shorelines Belleville did was to bring back the dinner buffet. They still need to bring back the breakfast buffet. We’ve been going to this casino for 5 years to play the slot machines. We’ve met many people and made new friends. We’re all making deposits of money into the machines with no realistic returns. Yes the machines pay randomly but it is very obvious they have been tightened up more to make it difficult to get a bonus or playing money in return, yes still in the legal zone but are so tight to the point that the upper management is making a ton of money and taking an obscene amount of money from the people, customers that play the machines. Upper management is taking advantage of its customers. Yes the odd person may win sometimes and the odd person may win with a higher bet . But the management of Shorelines are being very unfair and driving the regular customers away and then management will continue with their aggressive tactics and do the same with their new customers. It’s very sad that it has to be this way. Yes we will still come because it’s close to us and it’s entertaining but we will be coming much less. By the way the cashier in the cage is not busy at all. And the one or 2 employees that bring the jackpot winners their money are not busy either of course because there’s not much winning going on. So sad !!

Players can select classic three-reel and five-reel units, video slots with bonus features, and progressive jackpot titles. Penny slots accept bets from $0.01 per spin, while high-limit machines accommodate larger denominations. Payline structures extend from single-line games to formats offering up to 1,024 ways to win.

Slot Denominations and Themes

Machine themes cover classic, video, and progressive categories, with both new releases and established favourites kept on the floor. New units (recently introduced titles include Mo’Mo’Mo’ Mummy, Spooky Link, and Stink Link) rotate onto the floor periodically. Denomination markers are displayed on each cabinet so patrons can match a machine to their budget.

How to Start Playing Slots

  1. Insert cash, a voucher, or tap the Great Canadian Rewards card to record play.
  2. Select the denomination and the number of active lines.
  3. Set the bet per line using the on-screen or physical buttons.
  4. Press Spin (or Max Bet) to start the round.
  5. Press Cash Out to print a ticket voucher for the remaining balance.

After cashing out, the voucher can be redeemed at a kiosk or the cashier desk for CAD. Staff are available throughout operating hours to assist first-time players with the interface.

Each terminal lets the player set the stake and confirm bets through a touch screen, with results driven by the platform’s gaming logic.
