More than frustrating experience. Total waste of time, not even a remotely fun experience. Total garbage. Don't trust any reviews giving more than 1 star.
surrounded by nature with a chairlift that takes you down the mountain!

Such an amazing location! The casino is small but has a lot of choice. No worries for parking. We we're eating upstairs and the views from the mountains was breathtaking, not to nention the food and elegant service!
VIP reps are knowledgeable and friendly (Chantal at our most recent visit and others Im sorry I do not recall name but super nice). Staff on floor are very attentive to my wheelchair bound mom (Remy is the best). Restaurant Altitude is by far the best value for quality.!!
Hoping to stay once again at one of the beautiful hotels and enjoy the village.

Stopped by the casino for a little fun — didn’t win anything this time, but still had a good experience! I signed up for a player’s card and got $15 in free play plus some vouchers, which was a nice surprise and definitely made it worth checking out.

Grabbed a soda and a coffee while I was there — nothing fancy, but hit the spot. The real bonus was the view — absolutely stunning with all the fall colours in full display. You really can’t beat the scenery.

It wasn’t busy at all during my visit, which I appreciated since it’s a pretty small casino. Great little spot to relax for an hour or two. Would visit again, especially for the perks and the peaceful atmosphere.

Gaming Floor and How to Play

The floor spans three levels and holds more than 500 slot machines alongside 16 live tables. To start, guests exchange cash or card payments for chips at a table or insert credits directly into a slot terminal. Slot denominations begin at C$0.01 and rise toward C$500, while table minimums open at C$5 to C$20 depending on the game.

Slot Machines

Slot titles include Huff N’ Even More Puff, Lion Link, and Rakin Bacon! Sahara, mixing three-reel units with video slots that carry bonus rounds and multipliers. Players select a denomination, set the bet per line, then press spin or activate the autoplay function. Progressive networks such as Powerbucks pool prizes across Loto-Québec venues, with jackpots that can reach seven figures.

Table Games

The live tables operated by professional dealers cover the following formats:

  • Blackjack, including Free Bet Blackjack and Blackjack Switch
  • Roulette in American and European wheel versions
  • Baccarat, with minimum stakes opening at C$20
  • Three-Card Poker, Mississippi Stud, and Ultimate Texas Hold’em (payouts up to 500x)
  • Sic Bo, Pai Gow, and rotating specialty games

Newcomers approach a dealer, place chips inside the marked betting area, then follow the dealer’s prompts for each round. Payout odds and limits are posted at every table, and staff explain the rules on request before play begins.

Electronic Gaming at La Zone

La Zone on the main floor provides electronic versions of roulette, blackjack, and baccarat through touch-screen terminals. These units suit beginners and players who prefer lower minimums without a live dealer present. Guests select a game on screen, confirm the stake, then tap to place each bet.

Casino Privilèges Loyalty Program

The Privilèges program is free to join, and members earn points when they play slots, wager at tables, or dine on site. Registration takes place at the Privilèges counter, where staff issue a card that guests insert into slots or present at tables to record points. The conversion rate is fixed at 300 Privilèges Points for one Canadian dollar, redeemable as gaming credits, discounts, or gifts. Four tiers apply, based on play recorded over a rolling 12-month period, and higher levels unlock priority service, VIP lounge access, and a 15% discount at Altitude and Bar Central. Members also receive Double Privilèges Points every Tuesday between noon and 4:00 p.m. on eligible slot machines.

Online Play Through Espacejeux

Loto-Québec operates regulated online gaming for Quebec through the Espacejeux platform, reached on desktop and mobile browsers. The catalogue lists 600+ slots, 35 table games, and live dealer studios, with no app download required on iOS 12+ or Android 7+. Browser support covers Chrome 88+, Firefox 85+, Safari 13+, and Edge 88+ with JavaScript enabled, and sessions time out after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Account Registration Steps

The applicant navigates to Espacejeux.com and selects “Créer un compte” in the top navigation. The form requires full name, birth date, a Quebec address, phone number, and a SIN (mandatory for deposits above C$1,000), followed by an upload of government photo identification and Quebec residence proof such as a Hydro-Québec bill. Initial deposit limits are set during signup (C$10 daily minimum, C$2,000 weekly maximum), two-factor SMS authentication activates automatically, and standard verification completes within 12 to 24 hours.

Responsible Gaming Tools

Account holders open the “Jeu responsable” section to apply the following controls:

  • Daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps
  • Session time limits with automatic logout
  • Reality checks at 30 to 120-minute intervals
  • Self-exclusion from 24 hours to permanent closure
  • Monthly activity statements by email

Decreases to limits apply immediately, while increases hold for 24 hours before taking effect. Support for problem gambling runs around the clock at 1-800-461-0140 (Ligne québécoise), and Casino Mont-Tremblant maintains the same controls across its in-venue and online offerings in Quebec.
