There are two servers who make our experience special. They are Eileen and Aurora. Both are very friendly and attentive. They pay attention to detail and serve us in a timely manner even when the restauarant is very full. These are outstanding employees who offer the ultimate in customer service.
We did not stay at the hotel but come to this casino at least once a week. It is always very clean and well managed. The decor is pleasant and comfortable.

So I waited for a good 5 mins I was the only one waiting everyone in the dining was finished eating I see 5 workers just stand there talking laughing and 2 looked at me but nothing .
I walked up to them saying do you want me to seat myself bc I’m confused nobody greeted me saying one second nothing .
She said wait for the hosted to seat you , mind you it’s not busy at all it’s quiet .
So I walked back and waited even more while those workers just stare me wait and they weren’t doing anything but chatting .
After waiting for at least 10 minutes with no help someone came to sat me .
Very slow service , not organized , if you’re gonna hire workers to stand and chat then what’s the point in hiring them .
If you see someone who’s waiting , you either help them or ask the person who seats people you call them out . It was literally dead everyone already ate their just sitting there

How to Reach the Venue in Alberta
Visitors travelling within the Edmonton Capital Region can select from several access points. The nearest LRT station (Belvedere) sits about a 15-minute walk away, while the Fort Road & 131 Ave bus stop is roughly 200 metres from the entrance. Drivers can use the free heated underground parking lot, a practical feature during Alberta winters. Taxi and ride-share drop-offs are accepted at the main doors.
Step-by-Step Arrival by Car
To arrive by vehicle, motorists should follow Anthony Henday Drive (the city ring road) toward Fort Road NW, then turn onto the property access lane and descend into the underground garage. The garage connects directly to the casino entrance, so guests proceed to the ID check, present photo identification, and enter the gaming floor.
Gaming Floor and Game Selection
The gaming floor is divided into slot, table, high-limit, and off-track betting zones for clear navigation. The slot inventory includes reel machines, video poker, and penny denominations alongside Video Lottery Terminals. Table players find the standard Alberta card and dice offerings staffed by trained dealers. The casino does not operate electronic gaming tables, and poker cash games are not hosted on site.
Slots and Video Lottery Terminals
The machine selection (830+ units) covers a spread of denominations, from penny stakes to high-limit reels. Progressive titles such as Alberta Gold, Diamond Millions, and Jackpot Junction grow until a player wins, then reset. To play, a guest inserts cash or a ticket, sets the line and bet values using the touchscreen, and presses spin; winnings print as a TITO voucher redeemable at the cashier or an on-floor kiosk.
Table Games on Offer
The live tables (20+) cover the following formats:
- Blackjack and EZ Baccarat (plus Infinite Fortune Baccarat variations)
- American Roulette and French Roulette
- Three Card Poker and Four Card Poker
- Ultimate Texas Hold ‘Em Poker
- Craps
Players should buy chips directly at the table by placing cash on the felt between hands, then follow the posted table minimums and dealer instructions for each game.
High-Limit Area and Racebook
A dedicated high-limit parlour serves players who place larger wagers on slots, video poker, and table games. The room concentrates higher-denomination machines and elevated betting ranges in a quieter setting. The off-track betting (OTB) parlour accepts wagers on horse racing from North America and Australia, with coverage of select major European events. To place a racebook bet, a guest collects a program, fills in a betting slip with track, race number, horse, and wager type (win, place, show, or each-way), submits it at the counter, and watches the result on the big-screen displays.
