There is also a female staff member who frequently seems dismissive and unprofessional in her interactions. On several occasions, she has spoken in another language while interacting with guests, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere.
I have reported these concerns to management both verbally and in writing, but unfortunately I have not noticed any improvement. I hope management will take these concerns seriously and ensure that all guests are treated with courtesy, respect, and professionalism.

I was attending a function at the Honey and Salt located on the first floor of the casino. Everything was going fine until I had to use the restroom. The restroom is located just outside the restaurant in the lobby when I went to use the bathroom the only accessible stall was out of order. I went to the front desk and asked where the next closest accessible bathroom was located. They seem genuinely stunned and I got three different answers.
I then had to wheel across a huge lobby, wait for a busy elevator, go up one floor, where I had to wait in line to show my ID, wheel across the casino floor (through carpet that felt like quicksand), then wait for an able bodied person to finish using the accessible stall with all of the other stalls were empty. I spent over 20 minutes trying to find the bathroom, before I went in my pants, when I should’ve been spending it with the people that I came there to spend it with. I had to do that twice.
The reason I write this a review is in hopes to share a perspective that is sometimes overlooked. If it was the entire men’s bathroom on the main floor that was out of order, it would’ve been top priority. But since the bathroom was running at 90% efficiency, it was status quo.
With the amount of dollars this facility generates, the amount of resources that are available, and the extra effort in customer service, I would think that making sure an accessible bathroom is available and working so all of your guests enjoy their visit, should be a major concern.

Anyway, it feels like there's still plenty of space that is unused. Hopefully, they'll open some new cool lounges or bars over there.

Reaching the Property in Downtown Vancouver
SkyTrain and Transit
The Stadium–Chinatown SkyTrain station (Expo Line) sits a short walk from the entrance, and several TransLink bus routes stop on Beatty Street and Pacific Boulevard. Riders exit at Stadium–Chinatown, walk west along Expo Boulevard, then follow signage to the Smithe Street doors.
Driving and Parking
Motorists approach via Pacific Boulevard and enter the on-site garage (1,069 stalls). Valet is accessed from the Smithe Street entrance, with all rates charged in CAD. Tickets are validated at Guest Services on Level 2 for qualifying play or dining.
Stadium Connection
A pedestrian bridge on Level 2 links the casino directly to Gate 6 of BC Place. Event attendees cross from the stadium to the gaming area without returning to street level.
Navigating the Two Gaming Levels
The main gaming floor spans Level 2 and Level 3, both fitted with floor-to-ceiling windows that admit natural light and wall clocks installed to support responsible play. First-time visitors should start at Guest Services on Level 2 to request a player card and a floor map.
To locate a specific game, patrons can follow these steps:
- Visit Guest Services on Level 2, or approach any Slot Attendant, for directions across both floors.
- Use the escalators beside Guest Services to move between Level 2 and Level 3.
- Confirm minimum bets with staff before sitting, since table limits change by time of day.
- Request enrollment in the players club to accrue points toward dining and event rewards.
Stadium gaming occupies Level 2 beside Guest Services, while the poker room and high-limit salons sit on Level 3. Signage above the escalators marks each zone for orientation.
Playing the Slot Machines
Slot machines are split across Level 2 and Level 3, ranging from reel classics to current video formats. To begin, a patron inserts cash or a TITO (ticket-in, ticket-out) voucher, selects a denomination, sets line and bet values, then presses spin; progressive titles display jackpot meters on the upper screen. The 2026 municipal approval permits growth from 600 to 900 machines, deployed over one to two years.

The casino regularly awards slot jackpots across its gaming floor.

Blackjack and Specialty Tables
Blackjack is dealt in shoe, double-deck, and free-bet formats, with a Blazing 7s progressive option. Specialty games include Three Card Poker, Four Card Poker, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, and Face Up Pai Gow, while roulette runs as double-zero and touch-bet terminal play.
Baccarat Limits
The floor runs ten baccarat tables: six at a CAD 15 minimum (CAD 10 from 5 a.m. to 11 a.m.) and four CAD 25 squeeze tables. Twelve electronic baccarat terminals link to the live tables, and Level 3 adds 24 further electronic baccarat terminals.
The Poker Room
The largest poker room in British Columbia is positioned at the top of the Level 3 escalators and runs 24/7. Players check in with the floor supervisor, add their name to the board (or pre-register for tournaments at the desk), then take an open seat once called.
Cash game stakes and buy-in ranges are set as follows:
- $1/$2 PLO — CAD 300 minimum buy-in, no maximum, straddle optional.

A High Hand Progressive Jackpot rewards qualifying hands from Quads (2 to 6) up to a Royal Flush in spades. Tournament slots are confirmed at the poker desk during pre-registration windows.
Sportsbook and Stadium Gaming
ProLine Sportsbook Lounge
The BCLC ProLine Sportsbook Lounge sits on Level 3 as the first sportsbook in Vancouver. It provides seven betting terminals, 50-foot screens, live in-play wagering, same-day payouts, gameday food service, and Saturday live music. To wager, a bettor selects an event at a terminal, builds a single or parlay slip, confirms the stake in CAD, then prints a ticket for redemption.
Stadium Gaming
Stadium gaming runs on Level 2 beside Guest Services, opening daily from 7 p.m. with 30 touch-bet terminals carrying eight game types. Players choose a game on the terminal screen and place wagers electronically against live and automated outcomes.

High Limit Salons and VIP Service
Koi and Luna
Koi is the high-limit table salon offering baccarat and blackjack in private rooms with terraces facing the city. Luna, on Level 3, is the high-limit slots salon with private washrooms, a relaxation lounge, and water views. Access requires a qualifying level of play, requested through a host or Guest Services. Two dedicated VIP Slots Hosts arrange event tickets, hotel stays, and dining benefits for qualifying members. To enroll, a patron contacts the VIP desk and submits player-card history for review.
Responsible Gaming and Visitor Information
Parq Casino operates under British Columbia Lottery Corporation (BCLC) oversight and applies the provincial responsible gambling framework. Wall clocks, natural light, and a mandatory source-of-funds declaration for cash buy-ins above CAD 10,000 (anti-money-laundering requirement) form part of standard procedure.
Before arriving, patrons should confirm the following:
- Valid government photo identification proving age 19 or older.
- A GameSense profile through BCLC if play limits or self-exclusion are required.
- Parking method (valet or self-park, 1,069 stalls) and validation eligibility.
- The casino contact for private table reservations: +1 778-370-8500.
With these items ready, visitors move from the entrance to any gaming zone within minutes, using Guest Services on Level 2 as the central point for cards, maps, and reservations.
