What impressed me most was how attentive he is to the game. He doesn’t allow anyone to take advantage of a situation, talk over others, or try to gain an unfair edge. He treats every player with respect and applies the rules equally to everyone, which creates a comfortable and enjoyable atmosphere at the table.
On top of being an excellent dealer, Ramsay is genuinely friendly and approachable. His positive attitude and professionalism make the casino experience much more enjoyable. Cascades is fortunate to have a dealer of his caliber. He definitely deserves a managerial position. Highly recommended!
