Although staying at "the hotel" is in a different tower than the main building so we had to have quite a trek to the pool but it was fine! The only thing I will note is that it seems people staying at the "River rock casino resort" got robes and those of us staying at "the hotel" did not, which was disappointing. When I booked the rooms I didn't see that I was staying in one tower or the other.
We had a wonderful experience at River Cree Resort and Casino this evening for the Valentine’s Buffet at The Kitchen Restaurant.
Manesh was our server and he was absolutely fantastic — always so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. He truly makes every visit feel special. Sarah at the pasta station is just as amazing; she’s always so sweet and consistently makes the best sauces.
The staff here are always incredibly customer-focused, warm, and genuinely kind. It’s clear they take pride in creating a great dining experience, and it shows every time we visit.

Down side, I left a jewelry bag there, in the room. The hotel never let me know that it was left…wasn’t like it was a pair of jeans, or a sock, or toothbrush. My bad, I didn’t realize that it was gone for over a month.The customer service representative said the staff keep it after a month. It was in the safe. I know hotels say not to leave valuables in the room, but I’m devastated…at myself for not noticing sooner. Would have meant a lot if they called me.
