I called and they said there is no reservation it’s first come first serve and then I came and waited in line when it was my turn they said this line is for reservations only you will need to go to the other line! They didn’t do reservation and there are no signs that say that the line is for reservation. So unprofessional and badly managed!

Grey Eagle Resort and Casino offers a great combination of entertainment, comfort, and dining all in one place. The casino floor is spacious and lively, with a wide variety of games for different preferences. The atmosphere feels energetic but still well organized and clean. The hotel rooms are modern and comfortable, making it a convenient option for a staycation or visiting guests. There are also quality restaurants on site with good food and friendly service. Live shows and events add even more value to the experience. It’s a solid destination in Calgary for a fun night out or a relaxing overnight stay.

I would go as far as to say this is ABSOLUTELY one of the best venues I've EVER been too. Parking 10/10. Rooms, clean and modern, water was warm and everything we needed was right where it should have been. Service 10/10 front desk staff and everyone else we spoke too was very positive and content. THE FOOD ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!?! 10/10 I couldn't eat it all but WOW. From everyone else in our group also. Aside from the hot tub not being in service the whole experience was a 100/10 and I look forward to hopefully doing it again sometime ♡

We stayed here in Jan 2026 and everything was great. The King Suite we stayed in was spacious and very comfortable, with different views from the bedroom and living room. The service from the time you walk in to the hotel to the time you leave is exceptional. The hotel staff are friendly and accommodating. The restaurants are good (great drinks and food), with very friendly and kind servers. We will definitely be staying there again.

We stayed here the night before we had to catch our flight home. We arrived earlier than we anticipated but the staff were very hospitable and checked us in early.

Our room was clean, spacious, well appointed and very comfortable. We were thoroughly impressed by every aspect of this hotel.

The buffet in the casino is probably the best buffet i have ever eaten at. The food is real food rather than that generic boil in bag stuff that you always find at buffets.

All in all, we had a great time and will definitely be back!

Accessing the Gaming Floor

Slots run 24 hours daily, while live table games operate from 10 AM to 3 AM MT. Bingo is held daily in a not-for-profit hall with on-floor snack service.

Table Games and Poker

Live tables include Blackjack (with the Double Down Madness variant), Roulette, Baccarat, Craps (11 AM–3 AM), Ultimate Texas Hold’em, and Three Card Poker (10 AM–3 AM). Slots and Quartz Hybrid Terminals

The slot selection covers denominations from one cent to CAD 25 per spin. To play, a guest inserts cash or a printed voucher, sets the bet level, and presses spin. The Quartz Hybrid digital terminals let a single seat switch between Blackjack, Baccarat, and Roulette without relocating. Progressive jackpot totals are posted on-floor and refreshed monthly.

Using the High Limit Gaming Rooms

Two High Limit areas serve higher-stake players: a non-smoking room near the casino entrance and a smoking room paired with 40+ high-limit slot machines. Both include a private dining menu for breaks between sessions.

  • Blackjack: CAD 25 minimum to CAD 2,000 maximum
  • Baccarat: minimums from CAD 10, with aggregate maximums up to CAD 18,000
  • Table mix: Blackjack, Baccarat, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, Roulette
