The service here is top-tier, a masterclass in hospitality. Michelle the manager was absolutely delightful and accommodating, and our waitress, Karen, was fantastic—sharp, attentive, and keeping the vibe effortless.
The food is honest, soul-satisfying comfort. The southern fried chicken sandwich is a beautiful beast of a bird, properly seasoned and stacked high with the essential crunch of pickles and coleslaw right on the bun. Across the table, my guests fared just as well: a beautifully prepared Caesar salad topped with plump shrimp, and a tender, smoky, limited-time brisket sandwich served in a portion size that respects the appetite.
With great horseshoe booths, high-tops, and plenty of screens for sports, the space understands exactly what it wants to be. Tucked away right in the center of London, Match is a definite hidden gem. A sure bet.

I've had the noodle place at Rama and it's incredibly good food. It is expected to be open near the end of May. I eat there every time I go but my one criticism would be the Match brand. There are a few things on the menu I enjoy but most of it isn't up to par for my taste. The staff, cosmetics and vibe are all great just not the food so much.
The old place was good top to bottom of the menu, I'm sad none of that was carried over but I get that it's a franchise type operation and they want consistency from one location to another!
Last but not least the staff at Gateway are amazing! I've yet to have one unpleasant encounter without anyone there in any department. I've seen a few reviews that have stated otherwise and I have to wonder if that's maybe a reaction to what energy they were putting out there. I'd be shocked if it was unprovoked rudeness.
