Unfortunately, my experience with the table games rewards system has been significantly less positive.
As a regular roulette player for more than two years, I spend several hours per visit and wager substantial amounts. Despite my play being tracked, I routinely encounter difficulties when attempting to have earned player rewards properly credited to my player card. This has become an ongoing issue that requires repeated follow-up and unnecessary effort.
I would like to recognize Erin and Dru, the gaming managers, who have consistently been professional, respectful, and helpful in resolving these concerns. However, it is concerning that I often need to escalate matters to management in order to receive assistance.
My interactions with pit boss Erol have been particularly disappointing. On multiple occasions, I have found him to be dismissive, unhelpful, and unwilling to address legitimate concerns regarding player rewards. As a loyal customer, being questioned or made to feel as though I must repeatedly prove my play history is frustrating and unnecessary, especially when records, transactions, and table activity are tracked by the casino.
The current rewards process appears outdated and would benefit from a more reliable electronic tracking system. Customers should not have to repeatedly request recognition for rewards they have earned, nor should they feel disregarded when seeking assistance.
This review is not based on gaming results but on customer service and the overall player experience. While I will continue to support the charitable initiatives associated with Ace Casino, I have decided that I will no longer return as a player or dining customer. I hope management reviews this feedback and takes steps to improve the rewards process and ensure all guests are treated with the professionalism and respect they deserve.

It was almost spotless aside from just a water, puddle hare and there when I was in there at the time, but that’s no big deal. And for a Tuesday The Kitchen was really packed. So packed in fact we needed to wait for a table or two to free up for us. With everyone flicking there for the Prime Steak as Tuesday’s are Prime Steak Days. And also found all of the Employees are Professional and Friendly.
The Unlimited Refills for your Non Alcoholic Drinks are a Really Nice Touch. As for the Steak themselves they were Tender and Delicious. But I Really Liked the Shrimp Pasta the Best. And as for the Cream Doughnuts where a Great way to end your meal, and not to mention I really Liked the Simple but Still Nice Presentation. But the Best of All it’s Conveniently Located Near a Hotel.
And That Should Do It For The Pros.
The Cons= The only Nip Pick that I have is that I Personally Not a Fan Of the, Style of Paper Towel Dispenser that they Choose to Buy. And That Should Do It For The Cons.
Final Thoughts= And Remember These Are Just My Own Personal Views And Thoughts. Yours Could Be Deferent And I’m Okay With That. And that should do it for now.

We went there to eat. The food in the kitchen was meh. Needed more salt and the fish was a bit too oily. Price was fair though. Don't need to buy drinks as well as they have complimentary coffee, soda and tea.

Had an amazing time at Ace Casino Airport! The food was the highlight—tried the delicious fried rice with shrimp and chicken, and it was packed with flavor and fresh ingredients. The chocolate cake and cheesecake were heavenly, with generous portions and a perfect balance of richness. The atmosphere is vibrant yet relaxing, and the staff were super friendly and attentive. The gaming options are a bonus, but the dining experience alone is worth the visit. Conveniently located near the airport, it’s a must-try for food and fun! Highly recommend!

How to Access the Gaming Floor
The main doors open directly onto the gaming floor, where slots, VLTs, and table pits are grouped by category. Floor hours run Sunday through Thursday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 AM, with Friday and Saturday operating 24 hours. Provincial regulation requires entrants to be 18 years or older, so staff at the entrance verify a valid government-issued photo ID. Slot Attendants circulate the floor to assist with machine faults, ticket redemption, and payout questions.
Reaching the Table Games Pit
The live table pit operates daily from 12:00 PM to 3:00 AM, separate from the longer slots schedule. A guest takes an open seat, exchanges CAD banknotes for chips with the dealer, and places bets within the posted table minimum and maximum. Drink service is delivered directly to seated players during gameplay.
Navigating Slots and VLTs
The slots section holds 638 machines with denominations spanning one cent to five dollars. A player loads cash or a TITO (ticket-in, ticket-out) voucher into the bill acceptor, selects the line and bet level using the touchscreen, then presses Spin. Progressive titles available on the floor include American Original, Alberta Gold, Jackpot Junction, and Diamond Millions, each updated on a 24-hour cycle. When a progressive is awarded, its meter resets to a fixed seed value and resumes climbing with every subsequent wager.
Playing the Table Games
ACE Casino Airport runs 26 live tables covering both chance-based and skill-based formats. The pit accommodates beginners and experienced players, with dealers explaining rules and payouts on request before the first hand.
The core games and their associated wagers are listed below:
- Roulette: bets are placed on a numbered slot before a ball is spun in the wheel track.
- Blackjack: hands aim to beat the dealer without exceeding 21, with a Lucky Lucky and a Buster Blackjack side bet.
- EZ-Baccarat: a comparison game wagering on player or banker, supported by Dragon 7 and Panda 8 side bets.
- Ultimate Texas Hold’Em: a heads-up format against the dealer, including an optional bonus bet and a progressive currently posted near $111,291.
Side bets and progressives update every 24 hours, so a player confirms the current meter on the table signage before committing chips. The dealer qualifies a hand only when holding the minimum combination required by each specific game.
Using the Electronic Table Games at Pulse Arena
Pulse Arena is a private electronic table game (ETG) lounge that replicates live action through individual betting terminals. The section operates during full casino hours and offers lower betting limits than the live pit.
Selecting a Terminal
| Game | Available format | Objective |
| Baccarat | Live or automated | Wager on the higher-value hand |
| Roulette | Automated wheel | Predict the winning numbered slot |
| Blackjack | Live or automated | Beat the dealer without passing 21 |
| Three-Card Poker | Automated | Form the strongest three-card hand |
Entering the 24/7 Poker Room
The dedicated poker room contains 12 tables running No-Limit Hold’em (NLH), Pot-Limit Omaha (PLO), and additional variants around the clock. A separate entrance at the NW end of the building lets poker players enter without crossing the main floor.
Player perks confirmed for the room include the following:
- Tournament Bad Beat Jackpot, alongside NLH and Omaha bad beat progressives.
- Dinner provided for cash-game players on Friday and Saturday.
- Late-night food specials reserved for poker patrons.
- Player rewards tracked through Poker Atlas.
- Complimentary soft drinks, coffee, and tea.
Posted progressive meters illustrate the scale of play, with the No-Limit Hold’em Bad Beat near $55,734, the Omaha Bad Beat at $17,888, and the Tournament Bad Beat split into an AM total of $60,558 and a PM total of $56,850.
Joining a Cash Game or Tournament
A player checks in at the poker desk, provides photo ID, and adds their name to the waitlist board for a chosen stake. Once a seat opens, the floor staff direct the player to the table, where a minimum and maximum buy-in apply per game. Tournament entrants register before the posted start time and receive a fixed starting stack.
Dining Across The Kitchen, The Buffet, and ACE Sports Bar
Three venues serve the property: The Kitchen for quick-service plates, The Buffet for themed nightly service, and ACE Sports Bar fronted by a 40-foot TV wall. To book a table, a guest calls (403) 287-1183 during operating hours. The ACE Sports Bar runs Happy Hour daily from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM with 25% off appetizers plus drink specials.
The Buffet Daily Schedule
The Buffet rotates a themed menu through the week, supplemented by a Monday–Friday Asian lunch, a Saturday brunch, and Sunday Dim Sum.

Tuesday | Chicken Dinner |
Wednesday | Prime Rib |
Thursday | Asian Night |

Saturday | Italian Night |
Sunday | Carvery Night |
Earning Rewards Through Winner's Edge
Play on the slots, ETGs, and eligible tables accumulates points under the Winner’s Edge program. A new member registers at the rewards desk with photo ID and receives a player card.
The enrollment and earning steps are set out below:
- Visit the rewards desk and present a valid government-issued photo ID.
- Receive the Winner’s Edge card and confirm the registered account details.
- Insert the card into the slot or ETG terminal before each session.
- Monitor accrued points on the machine display during carded play.
- Redeem balances at the desk according to the posted tier thresholds.
Points build automatically during carded play, and members are advised to retain the card across visits so that accrued balances continue without interruption. Lost cards are reissued at the desk against the same registered account.
