I recently celebrated my birthday and decided to go to the Hard Rock Casino with a bunch of friends.
I just have to say that one of the servers I often see there named Mackenzie is absolutely amazing!
She is always ready to greet you with a smile, always has a kind word to say and is consistently warm, welcoming and attentive.
On top of that, she always remembers my drink order and on this particular occasion, she treated me and bought me some Birthday ice cream which totally made my night!
It is because of staff members like her that I keep coming back to frequent the Hard Rock for special events or just a fun night out.

The venue was immaculate and beautifully set up, the food was delicious, and the service was outstanding throughout the evening. Thanks to the sound and technical support team, who ensured everything was tested and functioning perfectly before the event began. Thanks to their efforts, there were absolutely no hiccups during the evening.
A special thank you as well to the bar staff. They were absolutely amazing, friendly, efficient, professional, and always serving our guests with a smile. Their energy and exceptional service contributed greatly to the positive atmosphere of the evening.

At check-in, the front desk experience was very disappointing. The staff member (woman) assisting me walked away twice during our interaction, and when she returned, she continued serving me while engaging in a conversation with another guest who appeared to be a frequent casino visitor. This made me feel overlooked and as though my patronage was not valued, which is not acceptable.
Overall, the service throughout the establishment left much to be desired. While spending two hours at a machine before my dinner reservation, I was never approached to see if I wanted anything. Compared to the previous establishment, the beverage service—especially for coffee—was noticeably worse. It also gave the impression that guests who do not drink alcohol are not prioritized.
The service at the Oak Council was very good. Should try to be consistent throughout the venue.
I expected a higher standard of service to match the otherwise lovely accommodations.
It’s clear a lot of thought went into the design and overall experience. Definitely looking forward to going back to try the food next time. Highly recommend checking it out!
