I rate this establishment one star but if I could go into the negatives i would. My best friend was denied access to the establishment for being "Too drunk" sober as the designated driver and only person of colour within the group. When our friend stuck up for her she was also denied access. When she questioned the reason of being denied and asked if it was because she was not white the staff threatened to call RCMP. In this day in age such behaviour is downright embarrassing and they should lose sleep over how poor management and staff is. do not waste your time or support this joke of a business .

This establishment was a very disappointing experience. I would not recommend coming here, as the security and management seem to misuse their authority. I’ve only been here twice in 4 years -and on both occasions my friend was removed—once due to his natural lisp, and another time based on claims that “his eyes were red.”
I strongly suggest that staff receive better training in how to treat customers fairly and respectfully. I will not be returning, and I will be advising others to avoid this place. Manger and security staff need to ego trip somewhere else

I’ve been to this place twice, and both experiences were horrible. The staff at the front desk seemed intoxicated and out of it. The casino itself is dusty and has an unpleasant smell. I’d recommend saving your money and going elsewhere—the manager clearly needs better training in customer service

This is not a handicap/wheelchair friendly establishment in the slightest. There is 2 handicap parking stalls out front that are always taken. Other than that there is no handicap parking through the parkade and no parking suitable for a wheelchair. When we asked about parking the door staff seemed confused and didn’t understand what handicap parking was. When we explained to them what it was, they then said it should be available on each floor of the parkade but weren’t sure where. We searched all casino parking and it does not exist. The staff are unfriendly and not willing to help. My girlfriend’s senior client needed a helping hand to be pushed up a wheelchair ramp and the employees she asked refused to help her. They watched her pull herself in her wheelchair up the railing to get to the upper level. This rotten place needs to do better.

Went out for a Sunday brunch and a little games of chance. Wandered around a bit we were only talked to by the entrance guard. We decided to have brunch and went to the restaurant. there was a sign, “start line here”. No one came finally a dealer that was having lunch said just be seated. After a bit the waitress came and brought menses and took our drink order. The coffee came (luke warm) but the cream was bad and curdled in the cup. We waited a long time but no waitress came, I went back to find someone and two waitress were around the corner sitting down talking. They were put out that I came to find someone. Begrudgingly the waitress came with new cream at took my wife’s ruined coffee but did not bring a new one until I went back and asked for a replacement. We ordered food. The bacon was tough and not cooked properly, the pouched eggs were little round marbles not made properly. We did not enjoy the breakfast and were not feeling good about the place so we paid and left.

How to Plan a Visit

Operating Hours and Entry Steps

Playtime opens daily at 10:00 AM, closing at 1:00 AM from Sunday through Tuesday and at 2:00 AM from Wednesday through Saturday (Pacific Time). To enter, guests present valid identification at the security desk, where bag checks and ID scanning may apply. Attire should be neat; clothing displaying offensive language or imagery is refused. The facility is non-smoking, with designated smoking zones located outside.

Location and Directions

The casino is positioned in Kelowna’s Cultural District, roughly an 8-minute (4.3 km) drive from most downtown accommodations. Drivers can set navigation to 1300 Water Street and follow signage toward the lakeside Delta Grand complex. Visitors arriving on foot can reach the property directly from the Waterfront Boardwalk along Okanagan Lake.

How to Play the Slot Machines

The gaming floor holds more than 450 slot machines, accepting stakes from CAD 0.01 to CAD 1.00 per line. Every unit uses a coinless ticket-in, ticket-out (TITO) system and accepts Canadian bills only; foreign currency can be converted at the cashier desk. To begin, a player inserts a bill or a printed ticket, selects line count and bet size on the touchscreen, then presses spin or pulls the lever on stepper models.

Available slot categories include:

  • Classic stepper reel units with three-reel mechanics
  • Penny and video slots featuring free spins, multipliers, and bonus rounds
  • Linked progressive titles such as B.C. Gold, Race to Win, and Casino Cash
  • Branded machines including Powerbucks, Lock-it-Link, Fortune 88, Wicked Winnings, and Buffalo

To collect winnings, the player presses the cash-out button to print a TITO ticket, then redeems it at a cashier station or self-service kiosk. Inserting an Encore Rewards card before play records points automatically on each wager.

Table Games and the Poker Room

How to Buy Chips and Join a Table

Live table games use casino chips, purchased at the table or at the cashier cage. A player places cash on the felt (dealers cannot take it from hand), receives chips, then positions bets within the marked limits. The selection covers Blackjack with the King’s Bounty side bet, E-Roulette, Live Roulette, Ultimate Texas Hold’em, EZ Baccarat, and Three Card Poker. The dedicated poker room runs four tables for No-Limit Texas Hold’em at $1-3 and $2-5 blinds, with food and beverage service for seated players and a Bad Beat progressive jackpot.
