When we arrived, we stood in a long 20-30 min snaking cattle line to check-in. This was the non-premium customer line, being served by two receptionists.
The "premium" member line also had two people to serve less customers, and an employee dedicated to just standing there who was paid to smile and talk to these premium customers, serving literally no other purpose. Someone who could have been an additional receptionist instead.
This was a clear and purposeful experience downgrade and gatekeeping to push monetization of a meaningless check-in experience through their loyalty program.
I'll give it three stars since it was a decent room, a bit outdated but clean.

It started at check in...we arrived at 230 and went to check in desk, nobody was really there which was nice. The agent who was friendly says, "yes we have your room ready, but if you want to check in before 3pm, there will be a $25 early check in fee. I just despise this on principal. If I check out at 10 am instead of 11am are you going to give me the $25 back? I think not.
In the restaurant/Sportsbook (Legends) they have raised the prices and shrunk the portion sizes. The water pressure is insanely bad. Finally and most importantly the slot machines here continue to be criminally tight. I lost $1700 on $2.5-$3.75 bets in under 90 minutes. On the plus side the beds are comfy, most of the staff are nice and the property (aside from the parking garage) is clean. I won't be back as the care far too much about profits and not nearly enough about the guest experience

- For valet, continue to 136 McDougall Street, open 24 hours.

Public Transit and Border Access

The site is also reachable via Windsor International Airport (YQG) and VIA Rail.

Slots and E-Gaming
The floor holds over 1,700 slot machines, from penny units to cabinets exceeding $25 CAD per spin. The selection covers Aristocrat and IGT three-reel units, video slots, Megaways titles, and progressive jackpots (Blazing 7’s, Wheel of Fortune).
