We had a lovely one night stay at this beautiful resort. It was a little celebration for our 50th wedding anniversary. We mentioned this when we booked the room and what a lovely surprise we found in our room upon arrival. Thank you so much. Resort is so clean. Staff is extremely friendly, from the check in counter to the door men. We were exceptionally impressed with a fella by the name of Godswill. He was especially helpful, kind and just genuinely friendly and nice. He greeted us at the entrance, helped us with parking, brought our bags up to our room and all
done with the biggest smile
in the world. Left an excellent impression on us. Your resort is very lucky to have this gentleman in your employ. We spent a few hours in the casino and were quite disappointed that the slots were so tight. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay.

Great new hotel. Have stayed a few times for youth sports and work. Breakfast is not included but some nice options in the food court. The casino is great for people watching or gambling fun. If you face south you can catch some sportsters on the Porsche test track. Rooms are clean. Service is top notch. Alternative food options close by. Lots of parking.

Visited Pickering Casino Resort recently and had a mixed experience.
• Service was excellent. The slot attendants and bartender were both friendly and attentive.
• Casino was very clean, better than many others.
• However, it felt quite empty with low energy.
• Disappointed that the large sports bar was closed by 1030pm on a Thursday during Easter long weekend.

Would be a much more attractive destination with live music or a DJ near the gaming floor to create a better atmosphere.

Overall, great service and cleanliness, but the experience lacks energy.

Came to town for a birthday celebration. Had a wonderful stay! Rooms are fantastic! So spacious! The bed was soooo comfortable. Room fridge was great for our snacks and drinks. The portable make up mirror was a great touch so I could get ready while my friend was in the bathroom. Room was very clean. We were happy with our visit! Casino was fun! Signed up for a players card and received $55 to start my evening. Played on that money for 3hrs.

Very good hotel, new. Parking is covered. Has indoor pool that we didn’t use. We had a king room. It was very nice and big. The water pressure was good. I found that the halls were a bit noisy with hockey teams. Would Stay again anytime

The single-level floor groups slot machines, live tables, electronic terminals, and the sportsbook for direct access without changing levels.

Playing the Slot Machines

To begin, players insert a Great Canadian Rewards card or cash voucher into the bill acceptor, select a denomination, and confirm the bet line on the touchscreen. The floor holds more than 2,200 machines with denominations from 1¢ to $100, including progressive titles such as:

  • Wheel of Fortune (progressive jackpot)
  • Huff N’ Even More Puff (free spins; jackpots up to 7,500× bet)
  • Stink Link (Hawaii and Wild West themes)
  • Spooky Link (Go Ghost, Mo Mummy, Yo Yeti variants)
  • Firecracker Fortunes (Western Horizon, Northern Star)

Winnings print as TITO (ticket-in, ticket-out) vouchers, redeemable at any cashier cage or self-service kiosk. Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages are available at 24/7 self-serve stations across the floor.

Entering the 24/7 Poker Room

The poker room sits on the third floor of the hotel and operates continuously. Players add their name at the podium, then take an assigned seat when called (typical 1/3 No-Limit Hold’em waits run about five minutes during daytime hours). The room applies a 10% rake capped at $20 per pot, matching standard Ontario pricing.

Accessing Table Games and Electronic Terminals

The property fields close to 100 live table games covering blackjack (minimums from $10), roulette, craps, baccarat, Pai Gow, and Let It Ride. Approximately 140 live-dealer stadium terminals allow wagering from an individual screen at lower limits while one dealer runs the action. To join a table, players exchange cash for chips, place chips inside the betting box, and wait for the “no more bets” call. Electronic table games run in both live-dealt and fully automated modes.

Reserving a Hotel Room

The 275-room tower is bookable through the reservation desk, the official website, or by phone. To confirm a stay, guests select dates, choose a category, and secure the booking with a credit card; advance reservations can bring nightly rates near CAD $150. Standard amenities cover free Wi-Fi, a fridge, an in-room safe, and 55-inch smart TVs, with city or Lake Ontario views. Check-in is handled at the 24-hour front desk, and enclosed parking remains complimentary for registered guests.
