I must admit that after eight hours in the cash cage, it was a bit challenging to source where the actual doors to leave the casino were.
I can’t imagine how difficult it would be if I was preoccupied as a patron after a lucky win!
Overall the staff were friendly and the food at the restaurant was really good. I tried the Vietnamese chicken noodle dish and was able to have leftovers for dinner too.

I visited here with a friend for a night out, but it was a deeply uncomfortable experience. The environment was incredibly toxic. We saw several patrons hurling severe profanities at the dealers, yet neither the dealers nor the managers did anything. They just stood there and took the abuse in silence. I couldn't tell if the dealers were just holding it together or if they had become so used to the abuse that they’ve become completely numb to it. Either way, it completely ruined our mood and it was heartbreaking to watch.
At another table where they play Chinese-style games, someone was repeatedly slamming pieces onto the table, making a deafening noise, but again, no staff intervened. It felt like a lawless place where rude patrons can do whatever they want without any consequences. I didn't feel safe or entertained. There are much better, more professional casinos in Calgary. I won't be coming back.
