We may share limited winner information (name and contact email) with our third-party payout provider to initiate payment. The payout provider may collect additional information directly, including KYC documentation, under its own privacy policy. Our current payout provider is located in the United States.

Because we operate globally, personal information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions outside of Canada, where it may be accessible to local authorities and subject to laws that differ from Canadian law.
