The big security guy with the long grey beard gave me brain teasers about my age trying to trick me while I've been going there every weekend. I felt targeted because I look young, why can't you just ask how old i am instead of trying to trick me with a stupid brain teaser. Won't be back again. Love the restaurant and casino but the security guard ruined my experience and he shouldn't be targeting a 28 year old for looking young, this is socially unacceptable and really bad customer service if you hate your life and your job then quit, He should not be working in this casino with his rude, aggressive and bad attitude. Personally i think he is just mad because he looks really old and is so out of shape.

I am writing this openly because someone needs to speak the truth!
I am a regular player here, and I am not afraid to call out the toxic strategies happening at Elements Casino Brantford. Many South Asian and Asian players are terrified to speak up because they are scared the dealers or management will target them, track their player numbers, or stop them from winning. But I am a straightforward person—I do not care if you put me on a blacklist or target my play. I care about fairness and the community.
The bias here is shocking. Many Asian patrons openly talk among themselves about how white/Caucasian players are treated with respect and magically seem to get better outcomes and assistance, while minority players are monitored with suspicion, rudeness, and arrogance. If you hit a win on slots or tables as an Asian player, the energy from the staff completely changes.
What is your management team and marketing strategy achieving by doing this? You are losing loyal, high-spending customers. Even though I live close to this location, I—along with many others—am now choosing to drive to other casino locations where people are treated honestly, politely, and equally regardless of their race.
You can try to control the games or intimidate the players, but you cannot hide this behavior anymore. Your ground staff is running your reputation into the ground. Terrible management!

Nice to have a local option. They seem to have enough to keep one occupied for a gambling fix — tables, plenty of slots with a decent selection of newer games.
It’s clean, free parking and looks to have a decent restaurant. We go in the morning for a couple hours.
To be expected, odds are always in the casino’s favor but I do get my money’s worth. Some days up. Some days down.
I like the free soft drinks and coffee. I would say if you are looking for a little fun time in Brantford, this may be an option.

Ok as a casino with a decent variety of slots and table games. Bottleneck to go to the desk to deal with casino cards, coat check or lottery tickets usually staffed by only one person. The main restaurant is good but only opens on some days after 5:00 pm. The smaller eating spot on the casino floor is reasonable for a limited menu.

This visit was my first in several years. It was nice to see it is well maintained with a fresh look.

As I was just putting in time while waiting on an appointment my focus was on playing slots. There is a wide selection of slot machines with a variety of prices.

I did do a walk through of the table games area. Again, well maintained, clean and inviting. I was there mid morning on a weekday so there were very few active table games.

They do have a bar area which was not open during my visit (before 1100hr). It did look well stocked.

I did not visit the restaurant area but it also looked clean a d inviting.

If you are a gambler and in the area it is worth a visit. I would suggest getting their loyalty card to earn free perks.
